GMI Energy's return policy is that you may return new, unused items still in the original packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns on used products or products without their original packaging. Returned item must be free from any cosmetic damage and any included hardware or accessories must be present to be eligible for a refund. 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and shipping expenses are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll cover return shipping only if the return is a result of our error or item is confirmed to be defective.
